The information about haematological indexes of red corpuscles, leucocytes, content of hemoglobin, content of products of free radical lipid peroxidation (hydroperoxides of lipids, malonic dialdehyde) and activity of antioxidant defense enzymes (catalase and glutathionperoxidase), in blood of rabbits at intravenous introduction of 0,1 % solution of hydrogen peroxide is resulted in this article. Diminishing of quantity of red corpuscles is shown by 13,2 % in 24 hours after introduction and its increase by 7,1 % in 120 hours and increase of leucocytes amount by 13,7 and 23,5 % in 24 and 120 hours accordingly. Intravenous injection of 0,1 % hydrogen peroxide solution causes the increase of the concentration of hydroperoxides and malonic dialdehyde and decline the catalase and glutathionperoxidase activity.
