Physiological indicantors of chickens-broiler state in normal condition and after vaccination under the influence of high-impact solution of sodium hypochlorite

The article deals with the dynamic date of hematological parameters of blood of broilers-chickens during the whole period of cultivation under conditions of high-pure sodium hypochlorite (HSHC). Analysis of the investigation testified to the increase of hematological parameters, especially erythrocyte number, hemoglobin content and leukocyte number in broilers-chickens which received solution of HSHC in different concentrations in comparison with poultry of control group. Thus, the indices of hematocritic number to 10, 30, and 45 days of broilers-chickens life didn't subject to any changes in any of experimental group compared with control. This indicated the relative stability of water-salt balance in the organism of young poultry as in vaccinated against infections bronchitis, Hamboro and Newcasle disease, as in non-vaccinated, during their growing and for putting HSHC solution.
