Features of biochemical indicators of boar's blood after transportation and in adaptation period under influence of L-carnitine and E-selenium
V. Yefimov
The results of biochemical indicators research of blood serum of stress-resistance boar Landrace breeds after long transportation, and also their change in adaptation of animals under the influence of L-carnitine and E-selenium are resulted in this article. It was established that after the transport stress level of albumins globulins and urea decreased, activity the AST and ALT increased. E-selenium and L-carnitine application leads to reduction of a protein catabolism in the organism of boar. E-selenium stimulated functional activity of a liver and stimulated synthesis of albumins in it, and under the influence of L-carnitine concentration of the total protein and glucose in blood serum increased.
