Specifics of genetic structure of ukrainian frame carps of separate fish husbandries of Ukraine

The polymorphism of two genetic-biochemical systems of plasma of blood of fishes was investigated. The formation specificity of genetic structure of particular groups frame carp, according to separation to intra-breed types as to systems (esterase - EST: ÊÔ 3.1.1.1. and transferrin-TF - protein of plasma of blood) was received. The frequencies of particular allelic variants of investigated markers and level of average observable and expected heterozygosity in each group were counted. On the basis of determination of the index of genetic identity were counted genetic distances between investigated groups and determined similarity or specificity of formation of genetic structure few-scaled carps of Ukraine.
