Morphogenesis of liver and heart changes of white rats by studying toxic effect of Closaverme A

The article presents the influence of Closaverme A on structural condition of white rats on the basis of path-morphologic studies. It was determined that medical product in therapeutic dose under the conditions of 2 week application caused the development of parenchymal degeneration of myocardium that in the period of 28 days had reverse character. Application of the medical product in dose of 1/20 DL50 caused the damaging of vascular walls, development of oedema, parenchymal degeneration of myocardium that were followed by round cell infiltration that in the period of recovery was becoming more intensified. Application of this medical product in dose 1/10 DL50 caused serous myocarditis in 14 days that was followed by serous inflammation in the period of recovery in 21 days and in 28 days - cardio-sclerosis and atrophic process.
