Estimation of mutagenic action of toxocara canis in the test of Ames

It is set, that excretory-secretory excretions of toxocara, and also homogenat of helmints and infective eggs shows the mutagene action and can induce the genes mutations both after the mechanism of frameshift and by replacement of pair of bases.
