Fatty acids composition of skeletal muscles and growth of carps under condition of fat-enriched combined fodder additives feeding
M. M. Tsap
Fatty acids content in natural lipids (zoobenthos) and artificial fodder (fodder, fatty additives, feed enriched with fatty additives) was investigated. Also total fatty acids content of lipids in skeletal muscle after feeding carp fodder, enriched by fatty additives, which include the structure of different fatty acids was shown It was established that fat supplements help to increase the number of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids total lipids in skeletal muscle of carp (the most expressed after feeding rapeseed fusas and rapeseed oil). Fat supplements contribute to the absolute increments of live weight and fatness of carp (most expressed after feeding sunflower and rapeseed oils).
