It is determined that rape cake and bran containing 1,4-1,9 % glucosinolates and 27-30 mcMol per 1 kg DM of erucic acid may be implemented in mixed feeds ÊÐ-2 and ÊÐ-3 for calves in the amount of 15-20 % according to weight. Feeding with ÊÐ-2 supplemented with rape cake and bran allows to obtain average daily weigh gains of 827-906 g at forage spends of 4,66-5,17 forage units per 1 kg of weight gain, mixed feed ÊÐ-3 - 840-855 g, at forage spends of 6,9-7,1 forage units per 1 kg of weight gain. These mixed feeds have no negative effect on slaughter indices and calves' meat quality. Feeding with rape forage supplemented to mixed feeds ÊÐ-2 and ÊÐ-3 allows not only to decrease the import rates of protein sources, but it also allows to obtain extra profit 7-9 % higher compared to control variant.
