Influence of chrome cation on the activity of ferments of antioxidant system in neutrophile granularcytes of white rats

The article presents results of the research of the influence of potassium bichromate (under conditions of continuous injection norm of 3 mg/kg of animal mass) on the activity of ferment of antioxidant system in neutrophile granularcytes of white rats. It was proved that in case input of cations Cr6+ to body is continuous, concentration of by-produts LPO in cells of animal increases, and activity of ferments antioxidants considerably changes: superoxide dismutase and catalysis activity increases at first stages of experiment, and glutathione peroxidase activities - at last stages.
