The comparative efficiency of growing of the food-sized two-year fish of channel catfish in the fattening ponds in condition of Illinois (USA)

In 2007 in the fattening experimental ponds of the fish-farming "Fountain Bluff Fish Farm" (Illinois, USA), were received the food-sized two-year fish of channel catfish with middle mass from 524 to 601 gr., at a stocking density of 5000 specimens per hectare, with the fluctuatious of fish-productivity from 2358,0 to 2764,6 kilogramme per hectare; in the control fattening pond, at a stocking density of 2000 specimens per hectare, were received marketable two-year fish of channel catfish with the middle mass 630 gr. with the fish-productivity 1827 kilogramme per hectare.
