Dynamics of changes of protein metabolism indexes in piglets at action of different doses of chromium chloride

O. Ya. Yurkiv, V. V. Snitynskyi, I. Ya. Maksymovych

Data of protein metabolism indexes are presented, namely content of crude proteins and correlation of albuminous factions in blood plasma of piglets after additional introduction of 3-valent chromium chloride in dose 50 mcg per animal (the first experimental group), 150 mcg per animal (the second experimental group), 250 mcg per animal (the third experimental group). It was established, that chromium chloride stimulates the anabolism of albumens in the organism of new-born animals, namely increases content of crude proteins in blood plasma of piglets. Positive influence of chromium chloride is exposed on correlation of separate albuminous factions in blood plasma of experimental animals (more reliable concentrations of albumens are multiplied ?- and ?-). Thus, at comparison of results of researches chromium chloride influenced most positively on the organism of piglets in dose 150 mcg per animal.
