Influence of echinacea purpurea on the carbohidrase activity of carp

O. Deren, Yu. Zabutivskyy

The data about influence of alcoholic extract of Echinacea purpurea in different concentrations on the digestion ferment activity of one-year Lubin scale carps is presented in this article. Echinacea was brought in through probe with starched glue in aquarium. The next concentrations were investigated: 0,1, 0,3, 0,5 and 2 ml/kg living masses. Activity of carbohydrate ferments in membrane increased two times in comparison with control at bringing in alcoholic extract of Echinacea purpurea in quantity 0,3 ml/kg on living mass for one-year carps. So long as carbohydrates system is responsible for efficiency of splitting and transportation of carbohydrates hydrolyze ferments, and ferments, whic are integral proteins, they have ability to accelerate hydrocarbon hydrolyze and transportation processes. Increase of it's activity allows to use fodders resources most effectively at rearing fish processes.
