To the question of studying functional status of the bird's intestine immune factors under the influence of nutritional ingredients

The data of local intestine immunity conception and basic directions of its formation - lymphoid tissue, mucosa epithelium, microflora, enzymes are presented in the article. In the normal conditions the influence mechanisms of nutritional modulation on hens' intestine immunocompetent structures were studied. The relation between system immune response of hens' organism and GALT immune potential level is demonstrated. The article deals with the results of modern world literature about minerals, vitamins, probiotics application in poultry, its influence on the status of the birds' intestine immune factors and establishment of local intestine immunity. The authors showed tendencies and prospects to develop a new class of preparations for increasing functional activity of hens' immune system by stimulatin protective intestine mechanisms.
