The izoenzyme spectrum of superoxidedismutase of granulose cells at cultivation with the extracts of natural and transgenous soy seed
Í. Â. Kuzmina, D. D. Ostapiv
The izoenzyme spectrum of superoxidedismutase of granulose cells was studied at the presence of natural and transgennous soy extracts in the cultivation environment. Using the method of electropoesis in a 10 % poliacrylamide gel and specific coloring 5 to 10 bars of albumens with SOD-activity were revealed. The izoenzeme spectrum SOD changes in the process of granulose cells cultivation and depends on composition of cultivation environment, in particular, presence of extracts of albumens from the seed of natural or transgenous soy.The spectrums of the granulose SOD cells albumens cultivated during 3 days with the extracts of natural or transgenous soy, differs after activity of separate izoforms. In the cells of granoulose incubated without addition of extract of soy, SOD-activity shows up poorly, which testifies the insufficient quantity of albumen SOD in intact cells, from one side, and from the second, about activation of his synthesis during incubation with the extract
of seed of soy.
