The cellular immunity of sucking pigs under different doses of chromium

O. Ya. Yurkiv

The information about some indexes of T- and B-cellular immunity for pigs after additive introduction of different doses of chromium chloride is presented in this article. It was established that chromium chloride influences positively on cellular immunity of experimental groups of piglets comparing to the mentioned of control group - T-active, T-general and teofilin-rezistant lymphocytes and also B-lymphocytes and blast cells probably increases. The lower quantity of T-suppressors and the index of suppresion decreases was discovered. It is worth mentioning, that at comparing the results of the group research chromium chloride had the most optimal influence on the piglets organism in dose 150 mkg per animal for day.
