Influence of ecological environmental conditions on content of different forms of fatty acids in tissues of head of melliferous bees
I. I. Saranchuk
In tissues of melliferous bees' head which are kept in ecologically polluted territories, in the end of summer period the content of non-etherified forms of saturated fatty acids diminishes; fatty acids of families of n-7 and n-9 with the twin and unpaired number of carbon atoms in the chain, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat acids of families of n-3 and n-6 diminishes, but anion atom number grows. In the end of summer period the content of non-etherified forms of saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids diminishes and, to the opposite, concentration of anion forms of the saturated monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in tissues of melliferous bees head which are kept in territory with intensive traffic and work of industrial enterprises increases.
