After a micro-kernel test on red corpuscles of blood of white rats mutagene properties of Klosaverm A was studied depending on doses and time of injection, and also regenerative properties of organism of laboratory animals after the protracted action of preparation. It was set that at the therapeutic dose of Klozaverm A does not show mutagene action, and at non-permanent injection of preparation in doses 1/10 and 1/2 DL50 and at the protracted injection in doses 1/20 and 1/10 DL50 shows up mutagene action, and this effect is more expressed at greater doses. 28-day's period of renewal is enough for the rehabilitation of organism from mutagene influence of preparation even in considerable doses, and a 21 days of renewal - at the protracted introduction of Klozaverm A in 2,5 times higher dose than therapeutic.
