J. Bodnar, D. Ostapiv, R. Sachko, O. Grabovska, R. Ostapiv

The features of oxidative processes in granulose cells of ovarian follicles of cows in connection of cultivating time were studied. It was established, that the intensity of oxygen consumption and the recovery capability of granulose cells increases after 48 hours of incubation. Thus, the activity of aerobic glycols and the intensity of nonmitochondrial oxidative processes increases, with the lowering of quantity of oxygen that is used in free radical oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids. Extracellular acceptor of electrons normalizes the intensity of oxidative processes of cultivating. Activity of NAD-dependent link of respiratory chain of granulose cells appears after 96 hours of cultivating, and activity of cytochrome oxidase is inhibited.
