Mineral and fatty acids content of honeycombs depending on the ecological environment
I. I. Kovalchuk, I. I. Saranchuk
Data on the content of mineral elements and fatty acids in the cell of honey bees are presented in this article. The increased content of nickel, lead, iron and basic content of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in the cell derived from the catch foothill and mountain areas compared with samples from the catch of the lowland areas was established . The total content of fatty acids and the correlation of certain polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids in the cell with the beehives of honey bees vary considerably depending on the environment and agri-environmental conditions determined by the intensity of technological burden on farmland.
