The data about the influence of probiotic additives (preparation "Baycal" of EM-1-U, biomass of yeasts of Saccharomyces cerevisiaå, biomass of caroteneproducing yeasts of Phaffia rhodozyma) on mass and average daily augments of quails, morphological indexes of eggs, their lipids composition and incubation qualities are presented in the article. At feeding probiotic "Baycal" young quails hatching grew up to 82,5 %, that is 17,5 % more than in control group. At adding of S. cerevisiae yeasts biomass to the ration free fat acids in quail eggs yolk increased by 21,6 % and young quails hatching grew up to 15 % in comparison with the appropriate indexes in the control groups quails. Addition of P. rhodozyma yeasts biomass to the forage led to growth of mass of 51-day age quails on 22,5 g, phospholipids contents increased by 10,8 % and carotenoids concentration by 10 % in quails eggs yolk. It led to the augment of young quails hatching by 10 %, comparatively with the indexes of control groups' birds.
