Influence of protracted feeding of sodium sulphate on contents of fat acids in egg yolk of geese
B. Petriv, G. Sedilo, J. Rivis
In an egg yolk of research group's geese fed sodium sulphate in addition to the basic diet, the increase of saturated, monounsaturated and polysaturated fat acids of general lipids and their non-etherified forms was observed. Thus in egg yolk of research group of geese contents of myristic, palmitic, stearic, arachic, oleic, linoleic, eicosapentaenoic and dokosadionoic fat acids of general lipids, and also non-etherified forms of stearic, oleic and linoleic acids authentically increased. Processes of etherification of saturated, monounsaturated and polysaturated fat acids in egg yolk of research group's geese pass on higher level in comparison with geese of control group.
