Egg lipid composition under different vitamin D3 content in ration of laying hens

Data about influence of different vitamin D3 doses (1250, 2500 and 3750 IU/kg) on total lipids and some it's classes content in egg yolk are presented in this article. It was established, that vitamin D3 deficit in ration of laying hens caused decrease of phospholipids and cholesterol ethers content and increase of free cholesterol and triacyiglicerols level and vitamin D3 abundance - increase of triacylglicerols level and decrease of cholesterol ethers content in egg yolk.
