J. Potapchuk
The experimental data of physiological and biochemical parameters study of blood and quality of colostrum and milk of pure-breed heifer cows, and first-calving cows of Volyn and local beef breeds-beef and Volyn limuzin breeds grown in conditions of Polissya are presented in this article. Tendency to decrease of local composition in the blood of animals at 7-8 months of pregnancy haemoglobin, erythrocytes, total protein, aminotransferase and reduce of glutathione was observed in comparison to pure-breed animals. During lactation this tendency continues. Fat, protein and SZMZ in local firstborn cows colostrum was 6,2, 1,4 and 6,5 % respectively higher than those indices of colostrum in pure-breed animals. Fat, protein and SZMZ in milk of local cows, first-calving cows at 3rd months of lactation was higher by 0,9, 5,2 and 5,1 % in comparisn to milk animals of Volyn meat breeds.
