Lipid acid content of ukrainian black-and-white dairy breed cows' milk

I. V. Novak

The milk fatty acid content in Ukrainian black-and-white dairy breed cows was researched. It was established that oleic unsaturated acid is the dominating higher fatty acid in the content of fatty milk acids of cows. The following are saturated stearinic, palmiticoleic and myristic acids. 17,07 kg was the average daily milk, 574,15 gr/heads was the average daily fatty acids elimination of crude lipids with milk. Linolenic acid has the highest variation rate in fatty acid content and in the average daily fatty acids elimination with milk.
