Oxidative status of cows and newborn calves at feeding selenium preparation

The article presents literature data and results of the researches of biological role of selenium in body of cows and newborn calves. The article presents data on the content of lipid peroxidation products and antioxidant enzymes in the blood of cows and newborn calves under feeding selen-containing drug. These data indirectly confirm the opinion of the positive influence of Se-containing drug "Sel-Plex" on antioxidant status of organism of high cows and calves born from them.
