Heterophile agglutinins content in heifers blood under act of biologically irritantand in dynamic and its correction silkworm chrysalises extract
V. O. Trokoz
The dynamics of content of heterophile agglutinins in blood of the young horned live-stock under the action of biological irritant and on condition of preventive treatment of animals by an silkworm chrysalises experimental hydrophilic extract is presented. Heterophile agglutinins titer for intact heifers of the Ukrainian blackly-pied milk breed of 6-7-monthly age, by mass 130-165 kg are by 4,25-4,75 dilutions. A biological irritant (vaccination against a salmonellosis) results in the substantial increase of natural antibodies (heterophile agglutinins) content in blood of animals especially in 20-30 days after a vaccination with the subsequent gradual decline of content till about an initial index on the 65th days of research. Treatment of animals an experimental hydrophilic extract of the silkworm chrysalises aught levels influence of biological irritant. This in the less considerable of heterophile agglutinins titles variations of during of postvaccinal immunity
forming is characterized in comparison to control variant.
