Indexes of macrophage transformation of mononuklearov of blood of piglets at separation of them from sows

The results of researches of mononuclears macrophage transformation in blood of piglets in different periods after weaning are presented in the article. It is set that the process of weaning piglets from sows stimulates the capacity of mononuclears to transformate into mature makrofags and represses the processes of phagocytosis. It was discovered that growth of macrophage transformation index of mononuclears in blood of piglets after a separation takes place on the background of the increase of phagocytic makrofags amount and diminishing of phagocytic monocytes amount.
