The total lipids content and their fatty acid composition in skeletal muscles of of lubin scaled and nacked carp and their hybrids

The content of lipids and the relative content of linoleic acid in skeletal muscles of Lubin scaled carp is reliably higher than in Lubin necked carp. In lipids of skeletal muscles of the hybrids of Lubin necked carp with Galician carp was discovered reliable higher level of linoleic acid and in hybrids of Lubin scaled carp with Grass carp - the higher level of docosahexaenioic and docosapentaenoic acids was shown.
