N. M. Kuziv

The results of milk lipid acid content and middle-daily excretion of lipid acids with milk on the 2-3 and 5-6 months of lactation in Holland Western-German, Eastern-German, Ukrainian selection cows are given in this article. It was established that lipid acids concentration in Western-German selection cows' milk was the highest and in cows of Ukrainian selection - the lowest. In German and Ukrainian selection cows lipid acids concentration during the lactation increased and in cows of Holland selection - decreased. Middle-daily excretion of lipid acids with milk on the 2-3 month in comparison with 5-6 months of lactation decreased in animals of the researched groups. These changes were caused by daily milk yield decrease. The probable difference between milk lipid acid content and middle-daily excretion of lipid acids with milk of domestic and foreign selection animal was not revealed.
