Proliferation of cattle oviducts cells and some biochemical indices in cultural medium under nickel chloride influense

Nickel chloride influence on the proliferative activity and intensity of environmental nutritives usage by oviducts cells cultures of cows during 72 hours cultivation was studied. Nickel chloride decreases the cattle oviducts cells culture proliferative activity, accompanied with decrease of the activity of alkaline phosphatase and calcium concentration increase in the environment, but viability and functional activity of cells does not change.
