Hematologic indicators of white rats at application of E-selenium, on the background of preparation closaverm A entering, at studying chronic toxicity

The influence on blood-producing function, and also regenerative properties of an organism of white rats on the basis of morphological indicators of blood, at E-selenium application together with closaverm A, at studying of chronic toxicity is shown in this article. It was established that E-selenium application, on the background of long usage of closaverm A preparation, influenced on blood-producing function of bone marrow, which was characterized with increase of protective forces of an organism more essentially. It was established, that for 28-days regeneration period after the 14-days of closaverm A entering the highest compensatory processes in a bone marrow of animals whom the preparation in a therapeutic dose was entered occurred, and at E-selenium application, on the background of preparation entering, the compensatory processes occurred on the background of some weakened protective forces of the organism.
