Studying of flurenizid anti-virus action

The experimental data about anti-virus action of new domestic preparation flurenizid - derivative from fluorens are presented in this article. The comparative estimation of flurenizid influence with the standards: remantadin - on a reproduction of a virus of a bird flu (VBF) and with amixin - on a virus of Newcastle disease (VND) at cultivation on different test systems (FCE and CE). It is established, that flurenizid has anti-virus action on RNA-contain viruses: VND and VBF and does not concede by the inhibiting action to standards - amixin and remantadin. Indicators of flurenizid anti-virus action on reproduction of VBF on FCE and CE exceed such as remantadin - the antiflu action standard. Decrease of infectious titre at application of a dose 50 and 100 EID50 VND proves effective action of flurenizid and amixin on reproduction of VND.
