Ñomparison characteristics of field strains of porcine enteroviruses

The results of isolation of field isolates of porcine enteroviruses from the brain and fecal swabs specimens parallel in both swine kidney and BHK-21/ñlon13 cell cultures are represented in the article. The process of their adaptation to both cell lines is analyzed, cytopathic effect and infection activity are compared. Thermoresistence and stability to the media with different pH-values are characteristic for all isolates.
