Influence of pyridoxin of gidrokhloridu, ascorbic acid and thiaminum of chloride, on intensity of processes of perekisnogo of okisnennya of lipidiv in blood of bull-calves

Products of the peroxide lipids oxidation which are formed in the organism of animals at nitrate-nitrite toxicosis show negative influence on a structure and function of cells, membranes changing their permeability. As the researches whitness, sharp nitrate-nitrite toxicosis in bull-calves was accompanied by strengthening of intensification of the peroxide lipids oxidation processes, about what the high levels of intermediate and eventual products of the peroxide lipids oxidation whitness: malonic dialdehyde and conjugated dienes in blood of experimental animals. However it should be noted that level of conjugated dienes in blood of experimental animals in relation to malonic dialdehyde was higher. It is explained by the fact that conjugated dienes appear on the initial stages of peroxide lipids oxidation, and malonic dialdehyde - on eventual.
