Screening-method of definition of antimicrobial preparations residual quantities in hulks of animals

Article is devoted to a problem of raw materials and production of an animal origin quality assurance, namely in the development and the introduction into practice of veterinary-sanitary inspection of effective definition methods of antimicrobial substances in animal industries production. In article approbation results of a qualitative microbiological screening-method of antimicrobial preparations definition of residual quantities in hulks of productive animals are resulted. The received results show, that this method gives possibility to define residual quantities of antimicrobial preparations of at least four pharmaceutical groups (beta-laktames, tetracyclines, macroleads, sulfanilamidums) throughout 2-3 days after their last use in therapeutic doses and in concentration which are equal or exceed admissible levels.
