Fatty acid composition of total lipids of chicken-broilers liver after slaughter and after 6-month storage

The data about fatty acid composition of the total lipids of chicken-broilers liver fed the ration with vitamin E level of 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 mg/kg value after slaughter and after 6-months frozen storage are presented in the article. It has been established that the content of arachidonic acid in chicken liver reliably increases depending on dose under increase of dietary vitamin E level. The reliable content of palmitooleic and linolenic acids in liver of chicken decreases at the same time.
