The question of pre-incubation processing of bird eggs by high-clean sodium hypochlorite solution (SHS) is reflected in this article. It was established, that at 30 minutes exposition of SHS in concentration of 600 mg/l shows bactericidal activity relatively E. coli and St. àureus. At studying high-clean SHS influence in concentration of 600 mg/l on microflora of an eggs shell after desinfection and on the 10th day after processing efficiency of disinfection made, accordingly, 98,6 and 98,2 %. At aerosol processing of bird eggs, by highly cleaned SHS in concentration of 500 mg/l chickens exit made 70,3 %, and at application of SHS in concentration of 600 mg/l - 72,4 %, whereas at formalin application - 70,7 %.
