Modification of prionics check the western method for prions' determination.

Horizontal electrophoresis tests of cattle medulla oblongata on PVDF-membrane and specific monoclonal antibodies saturation of membrane enables to find out prion-protein. Modification of this method allowed shortening time and reducing the price of research. The offered method can be used as a prion-test for diagnostics of spongyform encephalopathy and other prion infections.
