The lipid content and their fatty acid profile in skeletal muscles of geese after addition of dietary fish oil

The data about the influence addition of dietary fish oil from 30- to 60-days old age in dose of 3 % of food mass on the content of lipids and their fatty acid profile are presented in the article. The addition of fish oil leads to the increase of phospholipids and etherificated cholesterol in skeletal muscles and theincrease of eicosapentaenoic, docosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic, palmitic and searic acids and the decrease of linoleic and linolenic acids.
