Feeding heifer with "soy milk" after its thermal processing instead of fat free milk in suckling period of growing doesn't enhance considerable loading on the antioxidant and disintoxicational status of their organism, which is proved by dynamics of A and E vitamin content and phenols in blood plasma. There is a tendency to increasing of retinol (on 4th and 10th months of life) in blood plasma and ?-tocopherol at the 3rd-, 4th- and 10th- month age. Tocopherol concentration at the 10-month age increases by 8,6 %. Besides, there is lower content of free phenols and higher content of phenol-sulphates and phenol-glucuronides.
