Influence of different iodine level in ration of geese on antioxidant and vitamin status of their organism

The results of lipid hydroxides, malonic dialdehyde, recovered glutathione content determination, catalase and glutathioneperoxidase activity determination in eggs' yolk, blood and liver of geese at 4 time increase of iodine level in their ration is given in this article. It was established that the malonic dialdehyde content increases 4 times more with simultaneous lipid hydroxides concentration in the eggs' yolk. Glutathioneperoxidase and recovered glutathione activity increased in the blood and liver of geese. Negative influence on fat-soluble-vitamins A, E utilization was not observed.
