The results of lipid hydroxides, malonic dialdehyde, recovered glutathione content determination, catalase and glutathioneperoxidase activity determination in eggs' yolk, blood and liver of geese at 4 time increase of iodine level in their ration is given in this article. It was established that the malonic dialdehyde content increases 4 times more with simultaneous lipid hydroxides concentration in the eggs' yolk. Glutathioneperoxidase and recovered glutathione activity increased in the blood and liver of geese. Negative influence on fat-soluble-vitamins A, E utilization was not observed.
