Concentration of the higher fatty acids of the crude lipids in the liver of geese at long feeding of sodium sulphate
B. M. Petriv, G. М. Sedilo
It is shown, that in a liver of 60-and 270-day's geese research group which in addition to basic ration received sodium sulphate, there is a tendency to decreasing of higher fatty acids general lipids level. In a liver of 150-day's geese research group there is a tendency to increasing the content of the above mentioned fatty acids. The tendency to increasing of higher fatty acids of the general lipids content is observed in a liver of goose-ganders of 60-, 150-and 270-day's age. Changes of concentration of higher fatty acids of the general lipids in the geese and goose-ganders liver of research group who in addition to basic ration received a sodium sulphate, were observed, basically, for the account of more long-chainand more unsaturated derivative linoleic and, especially, linolenic acids - dokozotetratical, dokozopentatical, dokozogeksatical.
