Age dynamics of the lipid peroxidation intensity and enzymes activity of antioxidant defense system in calves at "soymilk" using in their diet

The experimental data about the content of peroxide oxidation products and malonic dialdehyde (MDA) and antioxidant enzymes activity - superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, catalase after giving them "soy milk" in the milk period are presented in this article. Investigation of the age dynamics of the content of peroxides and malonic dialdehyde shows that using to dairy calves "soy milk" did not have significant influence on these indexes in the age of 3, 4, 6 and 10 months There is a tendency to increase of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in experimental group comparing to the calves of control group. It tends to lower activity of catalase in the blood of animal both of control and experimental groups during the 10 - month studies.
