Changes of vitamin a content in eggs yolk and hens tissues and their embryos at its different level in the poultry ration of paternal herd

The data concerning vitamin A in liver, blood and eggs yolk of adult hens and liver and remain yolk of 19-days embryos depending on the level of vitamin in the paternal herd ration are given in this article. It was established that the increase in normal amounts of vitamin A in the mixed fodder of hens in reproductive period probably increases the content of this vitamin in their liver, eggs yolk and liver and remain yolk of 19-days embryos. Vitamin A level increases in the liver and egg yolk of embryos of adult hens depending on the retinol level in the mixed fodder is characterized by some regularities and specifics.
