Influence of sodium hypohloryte solutions received by different units on parameters of antioxidant systems of white rats at thirty day applications

The results of researches of malonic dialdehyde concentration and an activity of catalase, peroxidative hemolysis erythrocytes are presented, an index of antioxidizing activity of influence solutions of sodium hypochloryte, received by different units for thirty daily applications to white rats was established. The concentration of malonic dialdehyde slightly fluctuated in all experimental groups with increase in groups, fed mixed solutions, received on unit "STEL" and reduction in groups, fed solution received on "DEO" and solution "Septoks". The index of antioxidizing activity slightly reduced in groups fed solutions received on unit "STEL", and at rats fed solution "Septoks" and the solution was received on unit "DEO" an indicator is close to the control. Concerning activity of catalase and peroxidative hemolysis of erythrocytes the observable similar law of the insignificant reduction more appreciable in group, fed mixed solution received on unit "STEL" in the concentration of 30 mg/l.
