Intensity of uterus mucous membrane mitochondria respiration of cows at utero stimulators action

The influence of the veterinary preparations elaborated in the Institute - "Mimeton", "Uteroton" on the oxygen consumption by uterus mucous membrane of cows at different functional conditions was studied. It was established that respiration activity of the organelle depends on physiological state of cows uterus mucous membrane. The uterus mucous membrane mitochondria without visible inflammatory processes is characterized with higher respiration activity. Adding "Mimeton" and "Uteroton" to uterus mucous membrane mitochondria suspension stimulates the intensity of their respiration in norm and at inflammatory processes. Mitochondria oxygen consumption at oxidative phosphorilating and "Mimeton" and "Uteroton" preparations action increased by 4,9 and 5,6 % correspondingly. These preparations normalize oxidative phosphorilating in uterus mucous membrane mitochondria.
