Data about influence of 1,5 % and 3 % lipid-rich sorbent (perlit) on proteinase, amilolytic, lipolityc activities and alkaline phosphatase activity of duodenum mucous of laying hens are presented in this article. It was established, that these changes were dependent on the dose of sorbent and fat content, fed to poultry. Feeding of 1,5 % of lipid-rich perlit to layng hens influenced hydrolytic enzymes activity in less degree, than addition of 3 % perlit into composition of ration. In duodenum mucous of hens, fed 3 % of lipid-rich sorbent, proteinase activity was greater by 81,01% (р < 0,01), lipolityc activity - by 69,6 % (р < 0,01), and alkaline phosphatase activity - by 29,16 %, in comparison with poultry of control group. By that, the egg productivity in hens of this group was by 15,18 % greater, than in control group's hens.
