The content of lipid peroxidation products in different organs and tissues of carp depending on season

The data about content of lipid peroxidation products ? diene conjugates, lipid hydroperoxides, malonic dialdehyde in different organs and tissues of carp in different times of year are presented in the article. In winter an intensity of lipid peroxidation in liver, skeletal muscles, skin and gills of carp is higher, than in summer. We revealed organ-tissues differences in the content of products of lipid peroxidation in carp depending on a season. The most changes of intensity of lipid peroxidation are found in a skin and gills of carp, the least are in skeletal muscles.
