Results, which prove vaccination efficiency of poultry from immune hens of parent flocks (of different productivity directions) in ovo against Newcastle disease (ND) and chicken infectious bronchitis (CIB) are presented in the article. There was determined that maternal antibodies are not inhibited at that and they don't depress accumulation of protective virus specific antibodies. At inoculation of vaccine mixture into amniotic cavity and body of 18 day-old embryos growth of protective virus specific antibodies was observed after 20 day-old age of birds. These results correlate with French researchers' data (firm Sante Animal) concerning vaccination against infectious bursal disease.
