The immunologic system status study in pigletts with porcine post-weaning multisystem wasting sindrome

In the article the results of studying the immunological status of the sick pigs of 40-60 day ages with the clinical signs of the post-weaning multisystem wasting syndrome are given. The changes in the hematologic indices of the blood, such are discovered as: poikilocytosis with the polychrome painting of erythrocytes, oligîcytemiya, lymphocytopenia and neutrophilic leukocytosis with the shift of nucleus to the left. In the organism of animals observed the suppression of the activity of antiviral answer, which was evinced by an insufficient increase in total protein and Ig M, a substantial increase in the level of seromucoids and the growth of concentration IL1, IL4, IL6. Changes in the hematologic indices of blood and indices of the immunological resistance of sick suckling-pigs confirmed unbalancing immune system with the increasing signs of allergic component.
